1. Who is responsible for your data

Easy Freelance Visa is a trading name of Trivup Documents Clearing Services, Aspin Commercial Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and, if you engage us, to process your file.

• Enquiry details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the package you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
• Application documents, only if you engage us: passport copy, photograph, current visa or entry stamp, and where relevant certificates and cancellation papers. These are shared with us directly, not through this website's enquiry form.
• Technical data: standard web-server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, retained for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and you should never send them to us by email or WhatsApp.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and give you a quotation.
• To prepare and submit your application to the relevant free-zone authority or immigration channel, where you have engaged us to do so.
• To keep you informed about the progress of your application.
• To meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations in the UAE.
• To keep this website secure and functioning.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you made an enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked us to do:

• The relevant UAE government authorities and free-zone authorities, to submit your application.
• Approved medical testing centres, where a medical fitness test forms part of the process.
• Our email delivery provider, which transmits enquiry-form submissions to our inbox.
• Our website security provider, which screens form submissions for automated abuse.
• Where we are required to disclose information by law.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that is the case, we use established providers who apply appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 12 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and then deleted. Client files are kept for as long as our record-keeping obligations require, and deleted after that. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only what it needs to function and stay secure. It does not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies. Our anti-spam protection sets a cookie in order to distinguish real visitors from automated submissions, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.

Where we use analytics, it is limited to aggregate traffic measurement. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

7. Your choices

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your enquiry details.
• Ask us to stop contacting you.

Email [email protected] and we will action it, normally within a few working days. Where we are legally required to retain a record connected to a submitted application, we will tell you which part we cannot delete and why.

8. Security

Enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to client documents is limited to the consultants working on your file. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain documents for longer than the work requires, which is the most effective protection we can offer.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 other than the dependant details a sponsoring parent provides as part of a family sponsorship application.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
