Terms of use
The basis on which we provide visa-assistance services, and the limits of what a private consultancy can promise.

1. Who we are
Easy Freelance Visa is a trading name of Trivup Documents Clearing Services, a private documents-clearing and visa-assistance consultancy based at Aspin Commercial Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We assist clients with freelance permits, residency visa applications, Emirates ID coordination, family sponsorship paperwork, and related document-clearing services.
In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Trivup Documents Clearing Services. "You" refers to any person using this website or engaging our services.
2. We are not a government agency
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any UAE government entity or free-zone authority. We do not issue permits, licences, visas, or Emirates ID cards. Those are issued solely by the relevant UAE authorities, which decide every application at their own discretion.
Our role is to prepare your documentation, submit your application through the appropriate channel, and manage the process on your behalf. Our fees are charged for that professional assistance and are separate from, and in addition to, the official charges set by the authorities.
3. No guarantee of approval
No consultancy can guarantee that an application will be approved. Approval rests entirely with the issuing authority and depends on your circumstances, your documentation, and rules that can change without notice. Where we believe an application carries a risk, we will tell you before you commit.
Processing times published on this website, typically 10 to 12 working days end to end, are estimates drawn from our own case work. Actual timelines depend on the authorities, on public holidays, and on individual circumstances, and are not guaranteed.
4. Pricing and quotations
Package prices shown on this website include our professional service fee plus the government and free-zone charges that are predictable at the time of publication. They are indicative until confirmed.
Every final quotation is confirmed to you in writing before processing begins. If an authority revises a fee while your application is in progress, we will notify you of the revised amount and obtain your agreement before proceeding. We will not add charges to a confirmed quotation without your consent.
Health insurance is a separate legal requirement for UAE residents and is not included in any package price unless we have stated so in writing.
Instalment options offered through third-party providers such as Tabby and Tamara are subject to those providers' own terms, approval criteria, and charges. We are not a party to that agreement.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information and documentation. Applications submitted with inaccurate information may be rejected, and any resulting government charges are not recoverable.
- Attend in-person appointments that cannot be delegated, specifically the medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics.
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws and with the conditions attached to any permit or visa issued to you.
- Notify us promptly of any change in your circumstances that could affect an application in progress.
6. Scope of our advice
We provide practical assistance with visa and permit applications. We are not lawyers, accountants, or tax advisers, and nothing on this website or communicated by our consultants constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Questions about corporate tax, VAT registration, employment law, or contractual disputes should be directed to a qualified professional in that field.
7. Use of this website
Content on this website is provided for general information and reflects our understanding at the date shown on each page. Rules, fees, and free-zone offerings change, sometimes at short notice. Nothing here should be relied on as a statement of current law or official policy; confirm the position with a consultant or the relevant authority before acting on it.
All text, images, and design on this website are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
8. How we contact you
By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or WhatsApp about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing [email protected]. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the professional service fee you have paid us. We are not liable for government or free-zone charges, for decisions made by any authority, for delays outside our control, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost income or travel costs.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected in that date.
